This is one of the most prized cigars in the Montecristo range, largely due to its exceptional format, which has become indispensable for many aficionados.
Montecristo is one of the most iconic Habanos brands in the world. Founded in 1935 in Havana by Alonso Menendez, it takes its name from the hero of the novel *The Count of Monte Cristo* by Alexandre Dumas, which was read to the *torcedores* while they worked. The brand began with five formats numbered 1 to 5, but later expanded its range to meet the expectations of the most demanding smokers. From the majestic Montecristo A to more compact formats, such as the Edmundo and Petit Edmundo, launched in 2004 and 2007, Montecristo has left a lasting impression. In 2009, the brand introduced the Open line, a series of milder, more modern cigars designed to broaden its audience.
Sold individually and in packs of 3 cigars (in tubes).
